Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about selling diamonds, gold, estate jewelry, and luxury watches. If you don’t see your question here, submit your details and we’ll follow up the same day.
How does the selling process work?
Submit your item details, we review the same day, and we schedule a private office appointment.
In the appointment, we evaluate your items, make an offer, and if you accept, we pay instantly.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, appointments keep the process private and focused. It also ensures we’re prepared for your specific items
(diamonds, watches, estate pieces, or metals).
Do I need a GIA certificate to sell a diamond?
No. A certificate can help speed up evaluation, but we can evaluate natural diamonds in person even without paperwork.
If you have any reports (GIA/AGS/IGI), bring them.
How are diamond offers determined?
Offers reflect current market demand and the stone’s characteristics (cut performance, carat, color, clarity, fluorescence,
and overall condition). We explain what we see and why it affects value.
Do you buy lab-grown diamonds?
We specialize in natural diamonds. If you’re unsure what you have, we can identify it during your appointment and explain
realistic market options.
How do you calculate gold payouts?
Gold value is based on purity (10K, 14K, 18K, 22K, 24K), weight, and current market pricing. Mixed items or pieces with stones
are handled carefully. We’ll walk through the logic in the appointment.
Do you buy broken jewelry or single earrings?
Yes. Broken chains, single earrings, missing stones, and scrap gold are all common. Bring everything you’d like evaluated.
Do you buy luxury watches (Rolex, Omega, Cartier, etc.)?
Yes. Watch value depends on model/reference, condition, originality, service history, and box/papers. Even without paperwork,
we can evaluate in person.
How do you verify authenticity?
We use professional inspection methods appropriate to the item (diamonds, precious metals, and watches). If anything requires
additional verification, we’ll explain the process before proceeding.
How quickly do you pay?
If you accept the offer during the appointment, we pay immediately using the agreed method.
Is the evaluation private?
Yes. Appointments are held in a private office setting to protect your comfort, confidentiality, and security.
What should I bring to the appointment?
Bring the items, any certificates (GIA/AGS/IGI), watch box/papers (if you have them), receipts or appraisals (optional),
and a valid photo ID.
Still have questions? Submit your item details and we’ll contact you the same day to schedule a private appointment.
