Midwest Diamond Buyers provides evaluation and purchase services for diamonds, fine jewelry and watches. These Terms govern your use of the Site and do not create a broker client relationship.

3. Submissions & Evaluations

• When you submit an item for evaluation, you represent that you are the lawful owner and have the right to sell it.
• All submissions are reviewed in good faith. Evaluations are based on market data, condition, and expertise.
• We do not guarantee any offer until finalized in writing.

4. Offers & Acceptance

Offers provided through the Site or in person are subject to our final review. You may accept or decline any offer. Once accepted, the offer is binding.

5. Payments

Payment methods may include bank transfer, check, or other agreed methods. Payments are issued after offer acceptance and transfer of ownership.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Midwest Diamond Buyers or licensors and protected by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
